1. Not financial advice
Orbivane is a software interface. Nothing on this site, in the terminal, or returned by the API constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Preset baskets are illustrative allocations, not recommendations.
2. No broker, exchange or custodian
Orbivane does not hold funds, private keys or assets, does not execute trades on your behalf, and is not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser or money transmitter. Transactions are constructed using third-party routing (Jupiter) and are signed and submitted solely by you through your own wallet.
3. Tokenized equities
Tokenized stocks and ETFs are issued by third parties and are not issued, sponsored or endorsed by Orbivane or by the underlying companies. They may carry issuer, counterparty, regulatory and liquidity risk, may track the underlying price imperfectly, and may be restricted or unavailable in your jurisdiction, including to residents of the United States and other restricted regions. You are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully access them.
4. Risks of onchain trading
Onchain trades are irreversible. Prices can move between quote and settlement, liquidity can be thin, slippage and fees apply, transactions can fail, and smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers and data feeds can malfunction. You can lose some or all of the funds you use. Only transact with amounts you can afford to lose.
5. Data accuracy
Prices, balances and plans are provided as is from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Always review each transaction in your wallet before signing.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbivane and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including trading losses, failed transactions, or reliance on any data or plan generated.
7. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your wallet security, your transactions, and compliance with all laws and tax obligations that apply to you. By using Orbivane you confirm you have read and accepted this disclaimer.
